Started by engineers who were tired of guessing
Aurik Green Solutions began in 2014 as a two-line workshop supplying cylinder cradles to retrofitters around Aurangabad. The founders — three pressure-vessel engineers — kept running into the same problem: cylinders arrived without traceable test records, and workshops had no way to verify what they were fitting.
So we started making the cylinders too, and we built the traceability in from day one. Every unit that leaves our gate carries a serial number that resolves to its heat number, forming batch, heat-treatment cycle, operator, and hydrostatic test result. Twelve years later that discipline is still the reason customers stay.
How we got here
- 2014Company founded at Karmad, Aurangabad
Two-line workshop producing cylinder cradles, straps and mounting hardware for local retrofitters.
- 2016First seamless steel cylinder line commissioned
Billet-to-cylinder capability with in-house heat treatment and hydrostatic testing.
- 2018PESO approval and BIS licence
Design registration completed; supply begins to organised fleet operators across Maharashtra.
- 2020Three-wheeler product line launched
Compact 20–35 L cylinders with chassis-specific cradles for the auto rickshaw segment.
- 2022Composite (Type 3) cylinder programme
Filament winding cell added; first carbon-overwrapped cylinders approved for road use.
- 2024OEM supply and 140-dealer network
PPAP-level documentation for factory-fitted CNG variants; nationwide re-testing network established.

A cylinder is a pressure vessel carried by a family. Every design decision starts from that.
Traceability
If we cannot tell you which billet a cylinder came from, we do not ship it.

Committed dates are held. Where they slip, you hear it from us before you have to ask.

Every converted vehicle is a small, permanent reduction in urban emissions. That is the point.
